1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping via Royal Mail and DPD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

3. Shipping Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These costs are displayed at checkout.

5. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Damaged Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to try and resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee full refund.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

For European countries and the UK, taxes are included in the shipping cost. For all other countries, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties.

INSURANCE

Insurance is included with every shipment, so you can rest assured your order is covered.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

The time in which it takes to produce an artwork can vary. I create works when I have time to do so. Works will be added to my website gallery or store once completed. After completion, estimated shipping times are stated above in the 'SHIPPING POLICY' section.​

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and we cannot control any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. EmmaWSart does not accept returns or offer refunds on any artwork or products purchased through this website. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
